    The surprise boxes are often in the last shipment of the day sent to the post office because they are what's left over after all other orders have been filled. I wouldn't worry until this evening.

    Thank you popsicle, will call them tomorrow and try to figure it out. I tried to call 3 times on Wednesday, but it was busy every time. I think that's the worst day to try to get in touch with them.

    I ordered my surprise box on 2/6 (I started reading this thread ad then had to have it) but I still haven't received my estimated ship date. I got my order confirmation immediately, then no invoice. I emailed them yesterday morning and no response to that either. Is anybody else waiting more...
