I think we ordered from them back in 2012, we ordered 6 Australops. One died within an hour of going to get the chicks at the post office, then another one two weeks later. We contacted them and they gave us a refund for the two chicks. They told us sometimes chicks don't make it. One was a male and female that did not make it, first the male then the female. They were out of Texas! We ordered them in July of 2012. We didn't order any specials and our price was about the same price you paid.
