    Yesterday I noticed one of my Marans isn't keeping up with the rest of the girls. She is walking with a limp, and when she stands still she stands on one leg. She's still spunky and eating well.     They do not need the light at 6 weeks. Turn it off, and start moving them outside on warm days. They'll be ready for the coop any time now

    So my 4 Marans are 9-10 weeks old (don't really remember) and they're finally moving outside in the tractor. It will be mid 20s a couple nights this week, but will get to the mid to high 40s during the day.
