    One of my hatching babies is half way out of his egg and I noticed some blood coming from inside the egg. Idk what to because this is my first hatch. The little guys been taking all day to come out. Any suggestions?

    Congratulations that's awesome! This is my first incubation and I'm on day 21 5 outta my 8 have start breaking their way out. I hasn't left the incubators side for more than 12 hours!

    How long does this take!?!?

    I'm on my 20th day of incubation and I have 8 eggs and 5 have pipped and the others are moving and chirping. My first pip was at 930 this morning now he's very slowly chipping away. How much longer to I have to wait?!?

    Incubator temp problem help help help!

    It still air. I did move the thermostat and theres a chance it could have gotten water on it. But after an all night struggle I've got it back to the perfect temp. And amongst all my worrying one of the eggs was moving! I'm so excited!

    An hour ago I put my chicks in lockdown I put more water in and and turned them the final time. I've been watching the temp and it's not climbing over 83 degrees. I have the incubator turned up to the highest temp and still no change! I'm so nervous idk what to do. I use a still air incubator...

    8 mystery chicks in lockdown tonight!

    This is my first hatch! I have 8 little eggs from my little mixed breed hens. The hens arestill a mystery to me as to what the are a cross with but I'm thinking leghorn/ cochin maybe. Well anyway they were bred to a full breed leghorn rooster! I can't wait to see what the little ones will look...

    Chicks died right before hatch

    We're in the same boat! I also use a still air and manually rotated. I just put mine into lockdown tonight so let's hope for the best! I candled all my babies and I saw movement in all 8! I'm really hoping for the best and I'm really sorry about what happened! And welcome:)

    20 eggs going into lockdown tonight.

    I just went into lockdown too! Let's hope for a good hatch! I have 8 little mixed babies in there, an it's my first hatch! Good luck keep us posted:)
