Hi, I am having the same problems but, what I do know is that if the eggs get below like 50 degress they will become infertile, so if you can get to them before the weather that is good. And I do not know if she will get broody or not, I have got wooden eggs and placed them in place for there eggs.
You should check craigslist or local hatcheries to see if you can buy full grown ones... I know that in Lebanon, Mo near where I live they offer pullets and fully grown.
She is about a year old and it has been cold. When I went out to go feed she was laying in the yard with her eyes closed. I brought her inside cause I though she was cold. She has been inside for about three hours now and still doing the same thing. It seems like she doesn't have much balance...
