    Worms/parasites

    I bought some, can I have some guidance on dosage? I read the leaflet, but doesn’t seem right for chickens. Says 1 graduation per 2.5kg bodyweight but a chicken is much less than that, plus they have supercharged metabolism. How much should I administer?

    Yeah I have layers pellets infused with flubenvet. Got it off amazon. Yeah I was thinking of the puppy paste, sooo much easier. Sometimes medication won’t be approved for use on poultry but would still work. Worth asking!

    She’s not even a year old. Same age as the rest of them. I’m just concerned because she looks very anaemic and her comb isn’t growing :( I’m treating blindly at the moment going on symptoms. A fecal float will cost me at least £70 here and besides, all vets are closed apart from emergencies.

    Turns out I can’t get any medication for them without spending £70 just for an avian vet to look at them! I’ve gone ahead and bought some feed infused with 1% flubenvet (I’m in the UK so, yay, Amazon!). Fingers crossed this works because its giving me the heeby jeebies! And I can only imagine...
