I also got this egg a couple days ago. I've had some broken 1s in the past, but this 1 was oddly broken

1 of my chickens, who lays a egg daily in the nesting box & until now, has always had normal eggs, layed this egg today. Just the top was very thin & looked powdery. Plz let me know what you think. I'd appreciate it.

No, there's not feathers laying around anywhere & she is laying a egg daily in the nesting box .

I was just reading this about the corn. We give our hens scratch, whichbis slot of corn. Is that not good to give them in the summer?

Hi, I noticed yesterday that 1 of my chicks is missing her feathers on her bottom. My 1st thought was someone is nipping at her while she was on the roost. I'm not positive, so wanted to see what you guys thought? & will they grow back? I appreciate all the help =)

Hi, hope everyone is enjoying your weekend. I just have a question. My chicks are 8 months old & have been laying for a few months with no issues. Today I got this egg with white speckles on it. I'm thinking maybe calcium?? Plz let me know what you think. I appreciate it.

I was wondering if it could be a sneeze as well. Should I be concerned if it's a cold? & she's not quite ready to be reintroduced. She's not all healed yet. Plus we live in Oregon & it is much colder now versus when her injury hapened.
