Our muscovy hen is coughing late night/early morning when on the lay. Doesn't appear serious, no wheeze or discharge and seems to be her normal self otherwise. If picked up for a cuddle she stops coughing and coughs more when close to laying. Is this a normal thing? Last time gave her...- DeeJay

Sorry to say I can't offer advice - I came looking for similar reasons. We have a Muscovy Hen about 10 months old & just got 2 ducklings today as she needs more friends than myself & partner. First 10 mins supervised outside she was curious and gentle, then progressively more terratorial - now... -
