    These chicks are about 5 days old now from TSC’s mystery bantam tank. If you have any ideas please let me know. Think one may have genes for lavender and Frizzle but no idea of any of their breeds.

    Update! She is completely back to normal! I cannot even tell which black Cochin hen this happened to now. Could she have possibly suffered a back injury from being over mated?

    Thank you for the tips. She is eating and drinking well. I’ve actually given her some chick starter and vitamin nutrition boost in her water. She’s scooting around using her wings. She is one of the favorite hens and may have been knocked down by the bantam roo who flies to mate with the taller...

    Update on my mystery hen. She is beautiful, healthy and calm. This month she started laying blue eggs. Maybe she is a prairie blue bell egger? just started laying and is healthy now.

    I bought a Black sex link from TSC that has a strange lump I noticed today. It is semi-soft to touch. They’ve been eating Dumor chick feed. Have access to fresh water and have pine flakes in their brooder
