    He is one of my favorites. I just love his coloring! I would love to hatch more for my yard but the only hens I have are calico, black, mottled, buff and lavendar. I just put him with my calico to see what they make. :)

    What color would this roo be? It was labeled blue columbian (or blue buff columbian) or blue calico. I looked for pictures but can't find any that look like him.

    I went online to look and TC Farm and country does have it so I called them back and another person found it. Went and bought it right away so well see how it goes.

    Ok. My rooster is splash... I didn't think so. I guess I need more splash eggs. I may have a blue and black cochins that just hatched but not real sure, I am not good at coloring them yet.

    I lost my only splash hen. :( Can I put a mottled or lavendar hen with my rooster to get more splash babies?? Or do I need to get more splash eggs and try again next year?
