I have lucked out pretty much during the winter with my chickens as far as frost bite..Had one chicken that ended up with an eye infection . was really bad .. I kept her in house for 2 weeks and babied her and gave her tetramyacin...(SP?) it did the Job now she is out with the gang doing...- dmpllck

It's Pouring!!
I'm like a mother with new babies.....was raining and stopped..i went out and put my chickens.out and now it's not just raining it is coming down in buckets....this the first they have been out in such a down pour.. hoping they made to the coop!!!!!!!- dmpllck
