I have lucked out pretty much during the winter with my chickens as far as frost bite..Had one chicken that ended up with an eye infection . was really bad .. I kept her in house for 2 weeks and babied her and gave her tetramyacin...(SP?) it did the Job now she is out with the gang doing...

He learned to stay away...although my husband culled him ... now we only have one roo... he was the nicer one ...

well he just started with me he actually was eating out of my hand.. but i guess i am have to show him who is boss!!

i decided i am going to carry a piece of rolled up paper and wack him with it...so surprised because he used to eat out of my han...

any of my Pa. friends am just wondering what I can do with my aggressive roo.. he just attacked my leg.. i just love them i just don't like being attacked...

oh!! my dottes are about 14 weeks thought i would get eggs about 18 weeks geeze.....just have to be patient i guess!! LOL
