    are chickens in pain when they are molting? I have one that is molting and she is very lethargic. I know molting is hard on them ,I was just wondering if they were suffering at this time if there was anything you could do for them to ease their pain

    Thank you, I will give that a try. There are plenty of spaces in the backyard where they roam to dust bathe. The trouble is the fleas are in the dirt area where they dust bathe as well. Won't they get more fleas doing this? Thanks

    During the winter months do all chickens stop laying or do some still lay. I have six chickens and so far all but 2 have quit. I was just wondering if they all quit? I guess then you have to buy eggs until they start laying again.
