I'm reading A Life Of Faith series. Ha! My chickens would have a grudge too! My dogs stink too, I mean STINK. Their not dirty, its just that when they bite themselves they kinda smell You have a great day too! *HUGS*

Yes,exactly! 7 Roos is more than enough for now over my end, Im always thinking about getting more baby chicks but then I think "What if I get a rooster, or two, or three In the batch.." I probably shouldn't be thinking like that, But I don't have enough girls gathered to handle any more Roos.
Im also hoping that my girls will go broody for me, But they don't want to when I need them to . They seem to be better at Incubating then me.. EE's? You have EE's i really want to add them to the flock, They really are gorgeous! I too, have a good amount of chicken breeds. Mostly mixes but some Australorps, Anconas, Hamburgs, and Silkies. I bought the 4 baby Silkies after my disaster incubator hatch (remember?) Although, I've hatched some of my flock myself. What about yourself? Are you incubating now?

Good to hear. But as for the chicks..they do grow up fast, don't they? Soon enough they'll all be adults and once again the craving for baby chicks will begin again! I have my fingers crossed that my little chicks are all girls, It seems we always get lucked out with Roos. What breed of chicks have you got at the moment?

I have read bits and pieces of it but not all the way through. I have been reading another series of books. Washing a dog? Haven't done that one in awhile My dogs are old and usually don't do much, so their always clean, but as for clean chickens . . . . . . . . .

Oooh what fun! Cleaning coops! Oh, you reminded me: I really need to clean my duck coop! I was just reading something about procrastination this morning .... but I still want to save it til tomorrow. Wouldn't it be so much better to save the pleasant smell for later? Well, I guess I should get busy. I've been contemplating the ending of Oliver Twist for a good part of the day, and thinking up better endings for it, but that's pretty pointless. I should have washed the dog and cleaned the coop instead! I think I will save washing the dog for tomorrow, though; I don't think I have time today! I just can't wait to do it ....
