    Thank you, I learn something new about chickens everyday, lol, so interesting. I think I had seen some pics of what I now realize were probably "showgirls" , interesting all the variations isn't it? :)

    Partridge Silkies - Nothing else

    Hi there to you all! New to chickens and to BYC, loving all the pics! This is our roo Pedro, wondering what defines 'partridge' colouring in silkies........and is he considered 'partridge'? And because this little man is soooo suave, lol, he mated with one of our RIRs, this is the baby...

    Hi there! New to BYC, we became chicken obsessed this year after obtaining a pair of silkies and then two leghorns and four RIRs. Enjoying all the great pics! (Especially the silkies :))
