Would you guys recommend Tricide Neo foot soaks 2x/day with indoor cage rest AND Baytril (enrofloxacin powder 20%) combined with continuing to massage the feet, maybe some more puss comes out and i can reapply Neosporin. Or maybe just tricide or just the baytril? Maybe i am able to tweeze...
I have two elderly parents who won't touch a chicken, and my friends are equally squimish and said absolutely not, they won't even support me Incase I faint again.
I know most vets won't just write an rx without seeing the animal. I'll call around but I can't spend hundreds of dollars. Although euthanizing is probably costly as well.
Anyone? I hate to see her suffer, the thought of euthanizing is terrible too. No idea what next steps I should take. Her foot was hot pre surgery and she had a limp.
***graphic pics with blood***I knew it would be hard since I pass out at the sight of blood but I really thought I could do this. I can't. My easter egger has bumblefoot on both feet. One is grade 5 probably. Soaked in Epsom salt two days ago but didn't have scalpel to do anything other than...

Sadly the $1,000 didn't include the automatic door upgrade so this is just the regular door it's got three pegs that go into holes and there's an indent to push them in so that you can move the door but i can't reach easily. I guess I'll just have to open up the coop and streeetch 🤔
I am beyond frustrated with my $1,000 Eglu Cube. I can't figure out how to open and close the coop door. the access points are on the inside of the coop which obviously I can't reach across three four feet to open and close the door. I feel like they should be on the outside but I know I didn't...
I did. I was unable to find any examples of someone attaching a plastic playhouse to a PVC base which is why i'm thinking wood will be a better bet. Most people with plastic structures attach them to 2x4 permanent base.
