You will most likely need to change the diet. What are you feeding them currently? You could try wrapping the wings, and along with a change in diet that should improve things

Oh wow! Do you know how many babies? So long as they have each other to snuggle and the nest is as well furred as it seemed in that photo I wouldn't worry about the rain.
