    Tip of beak missing??

    Y I've been keeping an eye on her and she's been eating fine, they get let out at 5am every day and have free range of our huge backyard, and put themself away at night. She gets fed normal chook food and I throw it out onto the grass so she's pecking on soft ground which is why I'm so confused.

    My black mixed breed Hawk, had a black beak that ended in a clear tip, and today I noticed the tip of the top beak is gone! She seems fine and doesn't seem to notice but its really upset me, I have no idea how its happened. Would it be because the tip was clear?
