    Hard to make out but you can kinda of see leakage on his wing. He has more in his hackle feathers and a little in his saddle.

    They were cheap so not a complete waste. Still nice compared to your run of the mill chickens.

    Is it normal for Lavender orpingtons to have streaks of buff? Think they hatched in July 2017 so they are still growing. Both my hen and rooster have streaks of brown in their feathers, mostly around the neck. Rooster does have some in his wings. Overall they are +95% lavander.

    Fold them in half like a teardrop then strap them together and then down to your truck. Mine fit fine in a F150 anything smaller like a ranger or S10 would be a challenge.

    It's actually vinyl siding. I didn't do a starter strip but should have. Start at the bottom and work your way up to the peak, let the last piece overlap the other side. I didn't know how to attach the last piece, ended up drilling a hole through the vinyl to tie it down which worked okay. I...

    2x4 welded wire on tractor?

    I put 2x4 wire over my cattle panels and have not had a problem. I did put aluminum around the perimeter to keep raccoons from reaching in. I was in process of finishing the coop, vinyl siding is installed on the other side now.

    Gluten does not pass thru to the meat of the animal or bird. The only reason to feed gluten free grains would be if you can't keep the feed in a separate place away from your family to avoid cross contamination.
