Her back side is firm and bloated compared to my other 2 hens. If egg bound would she survive longer than a week?

Not really penguin stance. She has been like this about a week. She just walks low to ground and when i pet her she goes all way down mainly on one side.

She is about 2 years old. She is wanting to sleep in nesting box, butt is dirty, seems to lay down when pet her, constant open close of beak. Eating and drinking ok not sure if laying eggs still. No open wounds on feet or anywhere. Doesn’t want to be on her feet lot more often during day.

No nightlight. Heres some pics. Not sure if can add more bar inside but mabe Could add some outside and just close some of that in. Really need different setup if i plan on keeping them longer.
