    Does anyone have only ONE breed?

    I have only 3 hens because of where I live...they are Ameraucana. They are friendly and come and sit in my lap when I am outside with them :love.

    I don't know if this will help. But it seems that Roos have thicker legs then hens before you can tell what they are. That's how I tell and MOST of the time it seems to work. Good luck.

    After having my "girls" for 8 years the city of Miramar Florida said I have to get rid of my 6 hens. I am so sad about this. My neighbor wrote a letter to the code Enforcement.
