    Went in to our local feed store the other day and picked up a "Chick Days Info Sheet"...when I got it home I noticed next to the day old Welsummers it says "Utility Type"...what does this mean? Thanks!!

    We have a pair of Red Bourbons...we are keeping them as pets and they have a coop and a run to be in...they have a roost in the run that they jump up and down off of throughout the day and look over the property lol. My question is winter...they have bald heads...I live in Canada where it can...

    I'm new to Ameraucanas...I have a female who was born May 12. Today I noticed she is making a "waaaaan-squawk". And she seems to do it all the time...she's still eating and drinking. Is this normal?? Thanks!

    I've got a couple red bourbon turkeys (new to the Turkey world:)) and as curious if they will roost or just stay on the ground in the coop at night time??
