It ho peeppeep..tapoed on air hole and some blood came out, so I still heard peeping so I put some clear packing tape of where blood came out and put it back in incubator...this is my first time incubating eggs but egg is from 11/14, and hadn't hatch..did I do something wrong? Will it live...

I know have 19 eggs.is it possible for 2 mother to hatch all those eggs, looks like 2 many eggs for one bird to sit on at one time, should I separated the newer from the older eggs and make each pile 9- 10 eggs? Will that help..or what else should I do? Help please.....
