    up the protien for them ( I feed mine black oil sunflowers) thats what I have read in different posts ... worth a try not sure if it will help or not, but the girls could use the extra protien

    they will figure it out... ours slept on the floor alot too .. now they all use the roosts or the roof of the nesting boxes .. but when I check on them in the evening some want to roost on me this is the best site on the net
