Finally an egg!

[Big Red Hen]

After months of not laying, one of my leghorns decides to lay Saturday!

My neighbor who was predator-proofing our coop found it. I didn't believe him at first...I had been so frustrated that I wasn't getting eggs from any of them. Then late yesterday right at dusk, I found another one in the nest box! Two eggs in 2 days...Yes!

Just thought I'd share my happy moment.
