My DH will not go with me during Chick Days! He knows that I am walking out of there with something peeping in a box!!
Congrats on the new fuzzybutts!

I went to get some feed and to pick up some of the Speckled Sussex chicks they had in and I ended up next to the "just put out" bantams. Well, I am not a bantam person, but I did notice 2 Silkie chicks in the bunch. My DDs are going to love them!! The TSC ladies were very helpful. The one assoc...
I have 4 LF Buff Brahma chicks and several Buff Roo/EE mix chicks (hatched out blue eggs/should lay green eggs) for sale. I'm asking $4 for each. Pick up only.
My Buff's started laying around 6months. I did up the protein because they are a dual purpose bird. I give them Flockraiser, Layena and Black Sunflower seeds. I offer a lil scratch in the morning and that's it, Don't offer too many treats.

My brahma eggs are a pretty pinky brown color, so I think the offspring might be just brown egglayers. I might put my EE roo back on to the mixes.
