She sold out of blue last year. I have some of her blue and splash. Pretty birds.
I'm not sure why hatcheries can't offer blue chicks. All they would have to do is make their breeding pens splash hens eith black males. All the chicks would be blue.
To know what to look for you neef to read the standard of perfection. There wont be a description of blr as they arent an accepted variety, but body type will be the same for all.
