In the areas where the 'first world' is responsible in large part for the starvation, I would state we have a duty and obligation to feed them, regardless of how many children they have.

Unfortunately, they've been exposed to so much misinformation regarding AIDS that there are plenty who don't believe it can be spread via childbirth. There are even people here in the US who believe that. Sad, isn't it?
