    I have two new muscovy ducks that have just started laying. The yolks of the eggs were extremely thick and the smell was extra gamey. Is their something wrong with their diet. They eat cracked corn and free range. I'd be happy to hear any suggestions.

    Thanks for the help. One duckling hatched out of five eggs. It appears to be healthy and strong and is now eating and drinking. Mom seems to be taking excellent care. So sweet to see him/her nestled under the wing. Time will tell . . .
