Quick question, can you bath chickens.... my girls smell abit off, they were all sick for some time with a flu, runny noses, cough etc and are all better, but when I hold them I still smell that sicky smell - maybe its just me but wondering if I could give them a bath and how and what to...

Havent been on here in a little while, last post was when my chickens were sick, coughing and sneezing, with watery eyes, they are all now recovered. The younger two have started laying for the first time about a month ago but my two original chickens havent laid since they got sick...
Well my chooks only lay one egg a day so I am jealous.....
Back to egg colours - my girls have alway laid brown eggs and the last two days "Tiny" has laid white eggs..... reading a few posts do you think they will taste different??
Rang my produce place and they said to put a teaspoon of Sulpher in a litre of water and replace their drinking water with it - should clear up within 3 days.... but not to eat the eggs that they produce during that time...
Anyone got any other ideas which wouldnt affect the eggs - I think to...
