My speckled sussex and my golden wyandott have been broody now for probably a couple of months. how long will they keep this up? I'm only getting 2 eggs a day from my other chickens and they have had to make themselves their own "nestbox" under one of my flower bushes!
i now have two hens that have decided to go broody but i only have two nest boxes for 4 hens. today i only got one egg, which is unusual. should i kick them off their eggs to give the others a chance? will they just come back?
