Hi, I'm in England & the British weather isn't the most reliable, last month the temp was in its 30s & its now dropped to below the 20s, centigrade that is, & the rain of late has put everything on a stand still.
I bought some cube storage that can be built into any shape, size or height, I can add extra cubes & make more room for them, not you're typical brooder but it really works. My first time raising chicks & couple of mishaps, 3 in the brooder & 11in an incubator 😁
That's happened a lot over there, the everglades are full of boas that have be release by people who couldn't cater for their needs properly & instead of calling a rescue they've just been dumped, but they are migrating & quite fast, there was a man I saw that had been bitten by a green mamba...
I'm quite lucky in the uk we only have 2 species of snake & both are quite small, but it looked longer than a normal egg? & I watch some programmes where non native snakes have started to invade especially the python,people who bought them as pets & they didn't know what they were getting...
I don't reward loud noises or pay them any attention when they do instead I reward the chattering & some words that the blue one says. The green one is only a year old & the blue one is 6mths old
