I have a group of 7 chicks (standards and bantams) that I received on Wednesday, 3/27. Today, I just got a naked neck from the feed store. She's one week older, so I adjusted the Brinsea from being on the lowest height to one rung on the lowest height and the other to be on the middle height...

So I ordered 9 but they gave me 13. I got to the post office within 10 minutes of them calling. I didn't offer plain water - just the "Save a Chick" electrolyte mix. Oh, I won't give up! I just don't want to get them shipped again. Seems to be too traumatic for them. Thank you for your input!
