Right now it is in a brooder with only one other one but they are quickly outgrowing it. It is very laid back.

I've been hoping for a hen but fearing that it is a roo. But we hatched it and will love it regardless. I don't think we could bear to part with our Marshmallow. :) Thank you all!

The combs are still very tiny but appear to be single straight comb. I hope their legs feather out big and pretty.

Thank you. I didn't think she was a cochin but wasn't sure. It was a small egg with a bluish tint. I know the man had some olive eggers because he also gave me some of those eggs but none were fertilized. She kinda looked like my light brahma with the comb and feathered legs but not the puffs...

This was my only one to hatch on Jan 11. It hatched out of the tiniest sky blue egg and I thought it may be a cochin because I thought that was what kind of eggs the man gave me. It's comb has grown some but looks a lot redder inside then when I take him/her outside. There really aren't any...

We got him as a colored chick for Easter so im not sure about parents. Theres no dark coloring in him. All white. It may b some dirt on him in the pic.

Do I still need to put it on there if they already seem very dry? I put some antibiotic ointment on last night and a litte piece of the crust would fall off from time to time. He is still crowing and cackling and acting fine. I hope he is the only one that catches it. Thank u all for ur help and...
