Another, thing was that I found a 1 year hen dead this morning with her head down in the shavings. Another hen had a dystended abdomen a couple of days ago and is doing a little better now.

Our rooster has been low energy, lost weight, and waddles have changed color from red to dull red. Any ideas of what to look for?

It did not look like egg parts there.

Any idea what is going on with our 3-4 year old hen in the vent area? I attached photos.

It is staying the same size. She smells bad. The other chickens are ok

There are wild birds living near the coop. We bring the water in at night and they only have food inside the coop to limit would bird interactions.

Any one knows any treatment for her? Or is it a matter of days?

I could not get a photo inside mouth, but I looked indeed her mouth and I didn't see anything unusual. She behaves normally eating, preening, drinking water and moving closer to her flock. Interspersed with her falling asleep many times a day outside and inside.
