I hear because of the feathers, it is alot more time consuming than chickens. I just did 16 Cornish/ Rock Chickens and I would not be excited about defeathering 4 ducks.

I purchased 16 Cornish Rock X in September. At 8 weeks they were not quite the size I wanted so I gave them an extra week. I then butchered the largest 5 of them. We let them sit in a cooler overnight and roasted 2 and froze the others. The chicken was awesome and I have never tasted better...

It is a soft voice. It has never had the tail curl. I've had him for 2 months. When he first came his neck feathers were funny so he may have molted before I got him. It's defiantly not the curl it should be for a boy.

This is the newest member of my mini flock. I wanted a male and this one is supposed to be a year old. I am not convinced that he is really a he. What do you think?
