    Quiet Hens?

    Does anyone else have quiet hens? All i read about it how loud everyones girls are. I feel for the most part my girls are super quiet during the day with a yell once in awhile and once sun goes down and they are cozy in there coop its radio silence.

    Help! My Dominique is my first girl to lay out of my 4 (other 3 are BO) she has been laying in the far back corner of the coop in the dirt, Not up in the nesting boxes. what should i do to promote her to lay in the boxes?     Yesterday was my hens first night in the coop. I went up to check on them at dark and they hadn't gone in the coop yet. I put them in myself. Thismorning the coop door opened at 6:30 and now they haven't figured how to get out, they walk to the coop door and look out but don't go down the ramp...
