    I'm in Hampton Roads - Norfolk. I'm researching getting a few chicken in my backyard. I live in a suburb and I've actually seen an older post that says chicken can't be in Norfolk unless they're on 5 acres, but my neighbors have a coop with like 3 hens. So, my questions are, does anyone here...

    neighbors can be a pain sometimes. I remember my dad got it trouble with the neighbors for shooting a squirrel with a BB gun. It wasn't on their property or anything. Go figure.
