    I have heard that peacocks need at less 10 sq. ft. in the coup. My coup has only 8 square ft. that would be free to the peacock. is there a smaller size peacock like a "pea-bantam" :|

    I am no expert but it looks like a hen to me because a roo polidh will have more of a punk rocker looking crest while the hens look more like they have afrows.

    That's it... I have a confession to make.

    The only downside to poultry is that 5 turns to 10 then 10 turns to 50 then 50 turns to TONS of every species. They are addictive......well its not a bad thing once you're and addict. unless your spouse isn't, then you may get in trouble!

    Well I have 1 rhode island red, 1 red star, 4 americanas, 1 white crested polish, 1 white mille fleur, 3 blue frizzle cochins, 1 salmon flav. mix., and they are 3-6 months. My camera is broken, which stinks. Also, someone said that if they are raised together they will not fight. is this true?

    Try handling them once or twice a day and don't make sudden movements around them. the will slowly get used to you. it works for me!
