How many chickens can my coop hold
My husband and I are getting ready to build a new coop with what lumber we have to work with we can only get an 8 ft x 7ft house approx 6 ft tall I have 12 full grown chickens (brahmas, rock, etc and 7 small bantams will this be sufficient for them, they only sleep in it at night they are free...- janet9462

How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?
I have 9 hens, 1 EE, 1 black crochin, 1 brahma, 1 califonia white, one RIR, 1 barred rock, 1silver laced wydotte and 2 golden Buffs all but the Buffs just reached laying age right before Christmas Buffs still have about 2 months to go. I get 2 to 5 eggs a day. This morning weather here in...- janet9462

aggressive barred rock 2 month old chicken
They are about 3-4 months no she is not really chasing them she just flogs at them. They are going back at her. I think it is more the bossy hen thing now. Thank You for the feedback!- janet9462
