    We got 4in of rain today. Our pond has been 2-3ft low the past 2 years due to summer drought. We are back to full capacity now!

    Happy New Year! Here's our collards I picked yesterday. They are currently in the crockpot for our NY supper. These are champion collards. They are super resilient & very easy to grow! They will also come back even after cutting the stem all the way down at the soil line. Ask me how I know. 🤣

    We butchered our 2 turkeys last weekend (this is our 1st year trying them). The male is 32lbs, female 21lbs. After processing. 😳 Lol. Good thing we will have a crowd for Thanksgiving! Leftovers for everyone! :D
