    So do you put the heating pad on top of the frame, or underneath the frame? I was seeing talk about underneath because they can get their heads stuck between frame and heating pad if it's on top.

    Oh wow! LOL, depsite their reputation, Dobies are such sensitive creatures. Kota HATES the rain and will pee on our concrete patio rather than go in the rain. But when she has her search and rescue vest on, she has no problem being in the rain.
