Hi and welcome to BYC! Thank you for the wonderful introduction, it's so nice to meet you! If you're looking to spend some time researching, this is definitely the place to be. You can find lots of great information on just about anything you could think of related to poultry here. I can easily spend hours just reading through the forums. I spent HOURS yesterday. LOL This is a rabbit hole that I'll easily fall down.

My flock is kept inside a 1/3 acre pen surrounded with poultry netting powered with a 10,000 volt charger. Bella touched the fence while obsessing over the chickens. She now thinks they are horrible creatures.

Oh wow! LOL, depsite their reputation, Dobies are such sensitive creatures. Kota HATES the rain and will pee on our concrete patio rather than go in the rain. But when she has her search and rescue vest on, she has no problem being in the rain.
