    3 month old silkie - roo?

    I have a feeling Lovely my son's silkie is a rooster. No crow but it's feathers are changing. Very skiddish around people and the other chickens. Lowest in ranking. Thoughts? Sorry the pictures aren't great. Hard to snap a moving target.

    Don't know if these are any better. Now that they have gotten bigger, it looks just like the silver duckwing's. One thin row very light in color.

    We are new to chickens. We have 2 so far. 10 more on the way next month. I was wondering if anyone knew how to tell if a Sebright was a roo? Curious about this little 4-5 week old one. It has a small light pink single comb. Thanks!

    Thanks so much! Those are what I was thinking about so I'm glad I was on the right track. One of my boys loves the silkies. Any thoughts on those? Temperament? Good in heat and cold as we get both in Oklahoma?
