I will try and find the other articles that said things like "safe for cats" which is totally opposite of what I have been reading, and "don't spray direct on animals"... which is also totally opposite of what I have been reading to do with it... ugh
I will post the conflicting articles if I can find them again. Its very confusing... safe or toxic to other animals? I have ordered it, just want to make sure I apply it correctly. Here is the one that says its toxic to humans, dogs, and cats...
Does anyone know if Elector psp is safe around dogs, cats, and bunnies? I have read very conflicting articles on the subject. I am going to order it and will use it but need to do all my homework on this first...
They had bloody poop like this for 2 more days but then it has since cleared up. I had already had the Corid ready to go but was scared to use it if they were also eating medicated feed. They never acted ill so at the moment, all is good. I am treating the outside chickens with Corid.
OK, I have some made up, I will give them some Corid water also. Once my camera is recharged, I will take pics if they are still having problems. Thank you
I have them on medicated chick starter and I noticed bloody stools yesterday. I have been reading conflicting info.... I HAVE Corid also but I can't find POSITIVE info as if I should use this INSTEAD of the medicated feed or use BOTH. If I should take their medicated feed away, I have no...
Warm soak her eye until you can get the eye open and the puss out. Put eye ointment in it. You can buy it at Tractor Supply if one is near you. Eye ointment for humans and animals is pretty much the same, just toss when done so you don't cross contaminate. If there are flies, then you need to...
I wonder where this fowl pox vaccines for chicks is? Almost every article talks about how they can be vaccinated right off the bat as babies and they would just need it again when they are something like 8 weeks old but none of the vaccines I have looked at can be used like that...
I ask for either a week or day old. I have two week old chicks now and an incubator full of eggs. Though, I honestly CAN NOT IMAGINE sticking that giant double needle into a tiny newborn silkie chick wing in any way, shape or form... I would assume there must be a different way to vaccinate...
I am so sorry :( I just had two girls go missing today. Not knowing... it just burns. I don't know what to do... we looked until after dark.... nothing :(
I have already vaccinated my chickens for fowl pox but since it was the first time I ever tried to do this, I am sure I didn't do it right the first time. That was 2 and half weeks ago. I could not find ANY info how long the vaccine in the fridge would last since it says to do it again if it...
This fall she was out in the fenced yard, crawled under the fence, and made it to the road. She then hitchhiked on a truck that found her that thought she was abandoned. They took her 5 houses down. After 2 weeks of futile search, and putting her eggs in the incubator, I put up a sign down...
