    Im bringing my birds tmrw morning to be processed. I purchased shrink bags which i intend to use on all the birds keeping them each whole. How long should i let the birds "rest" before i package and then freeze?

    I have my 1 week old chicks in the garage. Two heat lamps and shavings. Low is in the 20's tonight. Never had a problem

    Personally i like the red heat bulbs. Keeps the chicks calmer imo.

    Who else got some 2013 chicks?!

    Got my shipment today from MM. Wasnt thrilled they shipped the birds on a friday. One meat arrived dead. 10X red stars 10X wlh 10X meaties + 1 bonus My bonus looks similar to the one above.
