    I am a member of a facebook group for grey silkies. I still believe this guy falls in the partridge family. Mother is a grey, father was called a Silver partridge, but they do believe all SP's are really greys. Mom, even though a grey, will always throw a partridge chick out of ever 5 or 6...

    I wouldnt order from any hatchery, just my opinion. Go to the top of the page where it says Forum, then click on "But Sell Trade" and go to hatching eggs. Tons of people on here sell eggs!

    Are the hen and roo related? Brother and sister? White is not fatal in silkies. We breed white to white all the time. I would guess it is something genetic.
