I spotted those tonight, too and they're pretty red, not just regular pink. Hm. I'm worried.
ETA: She suddenly got really aggressive tonight toward the others which made me think twice about her pullethood. lol
Be careful of Ebayers. My mom used to work for a lady who Ebayed, too. She used to sell food grade DE and fill her bags with the stuff from the hardware store. Shady, shady, shady.
If I found him another home, I wouldn't want for it to happen to that person's chickens, too. I'm thinking his new home might just be 3 feet in the ground. I don't know...

I thought it would be worth adding that this happened a couple of days after changing their bedding to sand. Is it possible that he filled up on sand and stopped eating his feed? I switched back to pine and he's eating his feed. He's isolated right now, btw.
It's possible that they're a little cramped. They need to be out in the coop/run during the day but we hit a snag. If they have more room, could he be saved? He's shown NO signs of aggression so far. He's always been the sweetest of the group. The one he attacked is the one that let him...
