    Shoot thank you. 4 of the 7 chickens I got from TSC are boys. All 4 of those turned out to be something other than they were sold to me as 😭 I already have 2 roosters and we can’t handle any more.

    I got chicks from Tractor Supply in April. I’m not sure what breed this brown one is? It is the softest chicken I’ve ever had. They said the gray one is a Prairie Bluebell. They’re about a week apart. And 5/6-ish weeks. Do you think they’re both pullets?

    Will do. They were just about acclimated together, so now everyone is in the run getting the pecking order drama over with. They’ll all be in the coop together from here on out. And we’ll be getting a live trap out too.

    No - I see no point of entry...which is why I was thinking it might be something small? Or if somehow they escaped during the day with kids going in and out and my husband didn’t notice when he shut everything up for the night. There were 4 walking around outside the run when I went down there...

    purchased this chick as an Easter Egger...she has since developed a Mohawk. Is that normal for EE? Or did I get something else?

    I have not tried an oral drench. What dose did you use? Did you give them medicated water and the drench each day?
