    I have our last chick hatch today, but it is sick. It has foam coming from the beak and vent. What causes this? It is a part from the 12 healthy chicks. Just trying to firgue out what this is. Thanks

    need help with hen

    I need help a friends hen vent is swollen and open. The hen is 2 years. We have no clue at what this is. She is just laying.There is no feathers around the vent. I add a picture, i told her i thought it was a bound egg but i was not sure. Any ideas on what this is?thanks Karen

    how to ensure hens use nesting boxes

    i have to different pens for my chicken.My older girls i put in nesting box a month early and knew it was for.So i tryed this sam thing with my younger chickens, but i belive they like playing hide the egg and watch her hunt.lol because they will hide them and not use the nest.

    My first eggs - And runny egg whites question

    Congrats on your first egg!!! I know when my chicken started laying that they were very heavy looked like yours,one of them have been laying for 2 weeks and the eggs have gotten bigger. I am new at this so i dont know about the whites.Good luck. there is alot of helpfully people on here.
