    Easter Egger finally laid her first eggs and they are.....brown

    I so paitiently waited to see the blue or green egg that she would lay, but they are brown with little white dots. Any chance they will change color? She's the sweetest girl, but I'm so bummed.

    Molting Question - effect on comb

    My first molt on only one of my 6 girls. She is doing well, but her comb is very pale pink. Is that common? She is eating, energetic, no eggs and all the feathers are about back. It was quick, about the beginning of November, she stopped laying completely. Thank you!

    Either two 15 wk laying or 22 wk old laying 2 per day!!!

    Eggs size...how long until they start to get bigger?

    I know they all start small. About how long until the eggs get normal to big in size? I've only had two so far and the second was a little bigger. Is that just how it goes???

    Americauna - brown and grey color.
